PERFORM
Our 135 seater theatre and events space is ready to use! It is fully equipped and good to go. In this space we can accommodate people seated for theatre and cinema, we can host standing, live music events, sit down dinners, seminars and workshops, live stream productions and more. Our tech spec can be downloaded below however, the space includes a lighting rig, PA system. Cinema screen and projector can be hired. With a 3-phase power supply, we have enough juice to support your event. With just a sound-proof door between the studio and the fully functioning bar/café, we can provide you with everything you need.

PREPARE
LOOKING FOR REHEARSAL OR WORKSHOP SPACE?
53two have their own rehearsal/workshop space which is available for hire within the Great Northern Warehouse. Fully accessible with lift access from Deansgate and/or stairs from Gt Bridgewater St, it boasts private toilets (accessible) and one large room which has a kitchenette with sink and Wifi. The space is 8m x 9.5m (not including the Green Room area) and has five double sockets around the walls. Located in the heart of the city you are a stones throw from shops, cafes and restaurants as well as Manchester’s theatres.
You are also just a 2 minute walk from our home, 53two, which can be used as a base for actors when not working or a place to unwind at the end of a long day of rehearsals. Got a show in the arches? You won’t find a more perfect rehearsal spot than our own studio.
Discount rates for charities upon application, subject to availability and at the discretion of trustees.

LOOKING FOR A SPACE TO MEET?
53two have a whole bar arch for you to meet, catch up or indeed hire out for your party. You can either book a table in one of our snugs for a casual Sunday playing board games, reserve an area of the bar for a group or you can book the whole bar for a private event and celebrate a special day with your family and friends.

LOOKING FOR A SPACE TO PARTY?
53two's theatre space, alongside the bar can be hired as an events space. Parties can be hosted for up to 180 people with live music, DJ's, disco's and more.
Alongside our own events we regularly host corporate events and our own evenings of entertainment with a projector and 200 inch cinema screen and projector also available!

Although we're not yet registered for marriage in the venue we're a stones throw from the Registry Office and can house your bridal party to prepare, welcome you back for the wedding breakfast and then house your big evening party.
